I bring over 40 years of industry experience across diverse roles and responsibilities. My career began as a paralegal at a law firm and I later transitioned to working in a Consulting Architect’s office (non-design scope) as an Owner’s Representative, where I consulted and managed processes for constructing two buildings in San Francisco.

I then gained valuable experience with three General Contractors in San Francisco and San Jose, serving as a Project Manager and Chief Estimator for tenant improvement projects. For the past 28 years, I have worked with a national owner and operator of commercial properties as an Owner’s Representative, overseeing and managing various aspects of property development and operations.
